TERM:

The Court holds a continuous annual term commencing on the first Monday in October and ending on the day before the first Monday in October of the following year. At the end of each term, all cases pending on the docket are continued to the next term.

TIMELINES:

  • 90 Days After Entry of Judgment or Order
  • 90 Days from the Date of Denial of Rehearing

CROSS-PETITION

  • 30 Days After Case is Placed on Docket

BRIEF IN OPPOSITION

REPLY BRIEF

  • All Briefs Will Be Distributed No Less Than 10 Days After Brief in Opposition is Filed, Best to File Prior to 10 Day Period
